A joint (ITU-T/ITU-R) Circular letter announcing the establishment of the IRG-AVA was issued:

The first meeting of the IRG-AVA is planned in Geneva, 25 February 2014 (1430-1730 hours).

A newslog about the establishment of both IRG-AVQA and IRG-AVA will be soon issued by our communication division in TSB.
