To Build the h264 plugin, you need FFMPEG and X264

On Linux it's the libavcodec-dev libavutil-dev and libx264-dev Build the plugin in the /plugin/video/h.264 as well as the helper in the /plugin/video/h.264/gpl directory. Copy both to the same directory as you built application.

On Windows build the MSVC project Precompiled libraries. www.h323plus.org/source/download/ffmpeg_x264.zip

Is there any documentation on how to compile H323 in general?
