Re: [h323plus] Visual Studio Express 2008
Jan
I have CC'd this to the h323plus list.
This is great to have Visual Studio 2008 support.
If you get a chance send me the compile errors and will see if we can patch ptlib. :)
Simon

Hi,
for all those who want to try the new Express 2008: I just compiled PWLib 1.12.0, H323Plus (CVS) and GnuGk (CVS) without any issues. Just follow the instructions for Express 2005 and let 2008 convert the build project.
The only problem I ran into was the PWLib detected the TextToSpeech API, but couldn't compile the PWlib support for it, so I had to manually disable it. Your milage on this may vary.
Regards, Jan

Good morning Simon,
I did the minimal Express 2008 install on a fresh XP: While compiling ptts.cxx, Express 2008 couldn't find atlbase.h.
I think that MS bundles the TextToSpeech API, but not ATL and that configure should check for the presence of both TextToSpeech and ATL before enabling the feature.
Regards, Jan
