Actually, 32bit or 64bit based on the ptlib<pwlib> project, if you can compiled ptlib under 64bit system(maybe you should set some build parameters), then your h323 project will be compiled to 64bit fit automatically.

I haven't tried compiling under 64bit Windows, but I know that the 32bit executables run find on 64bit Windows (64bit Server 2008 in my case).

Are you having any specific problems with the compile ?
