[h323plus] MyPhone 0.4 setup is incomplete

Hello, I downloaded the MyPhoneSetup04.exe and installed it, but it does not run (Windows XP Pro SP3) with error message "... MFC71.DLL not found ..." Please include the necessary dll's in the distribution. Wilfried
