[h323plus] Unable to compile h323plus with "P_QOS" disabled/missing

I downloaded the current trunk version of ptlib which compiles no problem, but when attempting to compile the h323plus library, there seems to fail because "P_QOS" is no longer part of ptlib. Has anyone encounter this problem? Your help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Josh
