The opal codecinfo should work for both. Opal has LID plugins which are not in H323plus and h323plus has H.235 authenticator plugins (for smartcards etc) which is not in Opal. So somewhere along the way it should be one version updated to cover all available plugins. But you are right a codecinfo source snapshot or binary should be made available in h323plus.

From what I seen correct me I'm wrong, the opal codecinfo works for both.
codecinfo binary for checking plugin status and installation should be included on the website for h323plus, but codecinfo should be depreciated in h323plus.
