[h323plus] MPEG4 Video Plugin

Hi

I have to write a MPEG4 plugin for h323. Can anyone advise how I should start with it? I have seen the mpeg4 plugin on opal. It uses lot of ffmpeg files which is confusing me. I had tried to compile it but the plugin is giving linking errors for ffmpeg calls.
