[h323plus] H323_H224 Receiver channel problem

For h323_h224

OpenLogicalChannel(*capability,RTP_Session::DefaultH224SessionID,H323Channel::IsBidirectional); it calls capability.CreateChannel(connection, H323Channel::IsTransmitter, sessionID, NULL); through OpenWhileLocked() Which opens transmitter channel only

When will reciever channel open? I am not able to open receiver channel Please reply
