i was trying with a cvs fork from 09/may/2016.

i will try with the new commit.

this error is hard to reproduce.

will let you know if this happens again.

any pointers for me.

About 4 weeks ago I fixed a somewhat similar issue where some error
conditions didn't clean up the connection correctly.
